Banbury Cricket Club and Banbury Rugby Club will host LIVE
screenings of the British and Irish Lions test matches vs Australia at Banbury Cricket Club, starting
with the 1st Test THIS SATURDAY!
In what could be a fine summer of Aussie Bashing this first
installment of high quality rugby is one not to be missed.
The game, from Sun Corp Stadium, Brisbane, will kick off at
11am on Saturday 22nd June.
The Bar at Banbury Cricket Club will open from
10am and there will be a Brunch... Hawkes leads Banbury run spree

Batsmen dominated as Banbury’s Division 1 game at home to Slough ended in a high-scoring draw.
With a fluent Nathan Hawkes leading the way, Banbury rattled up 269-8 from 62 overs, before the visitors replied with 228-6 off 51.

Banbury Cricket Club is dedicated to the development of youth cricket. In recent seasons the youth section has expanded significantly and experienced great success in both local competitions and in supplying Oxfordshires County age group teams with a growing number of cricketers.The Youth Section is very generously sponsored by local accountants, Whitley Stimpson. As a result of this sponsorship we are able to provide coaching both indoors in the winter and outdoors in the summer. We currently run 8 youth sides. All new youth members are always welcome.
