Former Oxfordshire opener Andrew Sabin rolled back the years to stroke an impressive 80 as Banbury 2nd racked up 230-7 after choosing to bat at Twyford.
He was ably supported by Ed Phillips (37) and Justin Lambden (33).
Shahid Mahmood made 41 after the interval, but Steve Hart (4-13) and Josh Hill (4-46) were too good and despatched Twyford for 141. 15 year old Olly Clarke adjusted well to division one cricket, making 29 openeing the batting and taking 2 wickets with his left-arm spin.
Banbury 3rd consigned Bletchley Town to their seventh defeat from seven completed matches, but were made to work hard.
Steve Talbot hit 55 in Town’s respectable 169 all out, which Banbury knocked off with seven wickets down. Family man Ross Freeman starred with ball and bat.
